I am looking for a Chatbot Platform. I am looking for a cost-effective resource that can customize an AI CHATBOT engine to make it available for my needs. Those who have already done this or has the capability to deliver the same may please provide your best cost-effective hourly rates.
My Requirement is that there should be a Back End Application to which a User can log in and generate a Chatbot by creating a Flow. It will be good if the Flow can be uploaded by Excel. Once the link is shared with the end customers, the chatbot can collect the responses based on the questions and get the responses in the Excel File and as a Report in Back end Web Application. In Case Excel upload is difficult the Generation of the FLow of the CHATBOT can be done in an Android Application.
Those who are interested may please send their best hourly rates. Please note I am looking for a very Cost-effective model only. So usage of Open Source AI Engines will be preferred.
