BUILD A MOBILE APP

Bridge: We are building a business consulting software (offered through web platform and app platform) that seeks to help business owners keep track of their day to day business transactions, upload daily transaction data by importing SMS Based Transaction Information from their local Mobile Money phones used in the day to day running of the business. This information is then uploaded when phone is connected to the internet and it forms part of cloud data for that business. The Business owner gets to see daily reports via mobile app/tablet with other users of his/her business only accessing certain information. On the back end, the system should be able to display in a dashboard (via a web portal/consultants app) to consultants who review business records and advises the customer on what to do to improve efficiencies in business. They consultants comprise of Marketers, Accountants and Lawyers who can answer to questions asked by business owners through a live/offline chat feature on the app. Finally, the system should look at business transactions record for the period of time and recommend based on cash flow the amount that the business can borrow from a list of banks (in this case, we plan on been an intermediary to banks and other credit providers including venture fund managers and earn a negotiation fee of 5%. Local banks charge a capped maximum interest rate of 13% but require a customer to have an account with them for at-least 6 months. We intend to on board businesses with different accounts in different financial institutions. This way, we will provide information to the financial institutions such as Business Plan, Business Statements etc needed. - Our Business Customers will be taken through a Business Incubation Phase after on-boarding for a minimum of 3 months - See Customer Journey.
