I am looking to get a barcode scanner app written for BOTH Android and iPhone. Using the phone camera, need to be able to scan various types of barcodes and post the data to a website. I know there are various apps out there that already do this (eg; Scan To Web), however I want a custom solution written so it can be enhanced to complete our specific tasks. First stage is to simply get the barcode scanning and posting the scanned barcode information to a website URL and receive back the response from the website (eg; success, failed). The barcodes required to be scanned are; * QR Code, * Datamatrix, * 1D Barcodes (CODE_39, CODE_93, CODE_128) * Product Barcodes (UPC_A, UPC_E, EAN_8, EAN_13, RSS_14) Once a barcode is scanned, the app should beep. The interface of the first pass is expected to be really simple. A button to perform the scan, a field reporting the barcode details, and then a field reporting the result from the website page (see attached image). Also would need a field to save the website address the scan will be posted to. There will be several more stages after this first one is completed, however all code and working app to the requirements stated are to be provided after the first pass. If all work is completed to a quality standard then subsequent stages will be offered directly to the developer via freelancer.
