app plugin affecting my react native app and website to function well

there is a react native app plugin in the back end which control the app to function.

when this is enabled, the app functions very well, but admin and user would not be able to log in both the back end and front end dashboard on the website only but the app would be functioning very well.

But when the plugin is disabled , the app would not work obviously but users would be able to log onto the website .

Also when this is solved, it would be upload onto app store and play store as well
