Wordpress Learndash App Requirements
Current situation:
We are developing our WPLMS Website with Learndash Plugin, we also want to release a Learndash app for Android and iOS.
The technology specified is Native Java and Obj C/Swift.
We do the store listing and the publishing process.

Requirement List
Feature list :
Automatically display courses from WPLMS Site.
Automatically recognise user logins from your site.
Students can register directly in the app and their account is created in the site.
Students are alloted in groups/classes under different schools to which they automatically get enrolled in selected courses / Subjects. ( For Example, XYZ School has Classes/Groups of 1-12th with each class has multiple courses and an alloted teacher to each group, ABC School has classes/groups of 1-8th and similarly)
We can bulk enroll the students of one group to a new course.
Instructors cannot modify the course. Only push notifications to their group.
Students can keep track of their courses on App or website in sync.
Students courses are loaded and available in offline mode.

Quiz with MCQ, MCC, Fill blank, Select drop, text answer type.
Quiz results section are sent to the course’s alloted teacher.
User Dashboards with Course and Quiz graphs.
User Roles to be used:
Students
- Can only view the allotted courses and receive notifications about current ongoing lesson of the course
- Can Subscribe via a Woocommerce Payment gateway to an Online Teacher
- Can send messages to the Teacher of each Course/Subject
Teachers
- Can see only their allotted courses and Send manual push notification to their class/group
- Can promote a student or group of students to their next class (Option Available only at a particular period of time )
Online Teachers (School Teachers can sign up free or External User can register as Online Teacher on Pay per Year Subscription and List their Coaching Subjects)
- Are Available for Monthly Online Video Chat Classes (Option for private sessions or Group Sessions)
Course Instructors
- Can make changes and enter new courses
Admin
User Login:
upon opening the app the user is presented with a login view
the user can login with their Wordpress user credentials
password reset/forgot can be opened through a link to the account webpage
a logged in user is presented an overview of their available Courses/Subjects available by their User Role/Class after logging in (whether or not they created their account through the website or in the app doesn't matter).
users can change their profile data and manage their account (password, other data, purchases) in the app
Users are offered Quizzes and Gamify using Learndash.
the course overview is displayed in some kind of menu bar
the progress through the learndash course is displayed
Menu topics/Chapters are displayed according to the opened Course/Subject
links in the LMS content (for example to the included ebooks) should be viewable
notice: learndash content uses wordpress specific shortcodes, this might require conversion to a native format or displayed as a webview
users can log out of the app
About us page, Contact us page. (Dynamic Wordpress pages) might use webview to display only page content.
Push notifications, Allow the server to send users a message. For example: send users a reminder shortly before their test.
Course Instructor/Teacher will be able to update which module/topic has been taught in the class and the server will send push notification to the user with a deep link to that module/topic. Show these Notifications in a Notification Tab. (Implementation for this is open to discussing)
User can chat with the Instructor/instructor.

Users are offered in app purchase to do LIVE coaching class with Instructors/teacher (Implementation for this is open to discussing)
Teacher Login:
Same Login and account Functionality as User but different based on Wordpress User Role
View only their courses/subjects
Select a Topic/Module which they taught to send out a notification to users.
Online Teacher Login:
Same Login and account Functionality as User but different based on Wordpress User Role
View their scheduled classes and Time allot student coaching sessions.
Do a Live chat with users who have bought the Live coaching plan.
