Android & Web App for Wifi Subscription

I'm looking to develop an Android App and corresponding Web App for managing Wifi subscriptions. Key Features: 1. User Registration/Login: Users will need to create an account or login before accessing the app. 2. Wallet System: Customers will top up money into the app for Wifi purchases. 3. Subscription Packages: The app will offer three Wifi packages: a. 1 hour = $1 b. 2 hours = $2 c. 3 hours = $3 4. Wifi Control: Upon selecting a package, the corresponding amount will be deducted from their wallet and the Wifi will turn on for the specified duration. 5. Auto Shutdown: The Wifi will automatically turn off after the subscribed time period. 6. Resubscription: Customers will need to resubscribe to continue using the Wifi.
