Android/IOS App, for Pickup& Delivery

I need an App, Which lets business sellers and purchasers register theirself
by signing up either seller or purchaser account. along with their location and address.
Then there is a MAP of a complete city,
Sellers are available at map and purchasers are available at map location.
For one product there are multiple sellers.
when seller click to order something, the map should analyse purchaser current location and it show him all nearby sellers for the product
then purchaser may select which seller/business he wants to order his product.
then after he select
the seller/business gets notification of the order along with customer details, and then he deliver the product to buyer location.
once seller hand over it to delivery guy, the buyer get notification on app about order dispatched etc.
