Hello,
I need an android mobile application that will rotate non skipable video ads from google ads.
The user will receive credits for every video he/she watches.
Below are the features needed:
App connected to remote database to:
1) Register a unique user ID per mobile phone
2) Register the number of videos seen by every USER ID and attribute CREDITS for that user ID (user ID and credits for that user will be stored in a MYSQL database). User IDs must be unique and it should be impossible to guess them.
i.e. I don't need user IDs like: user101, user 102 etc.. I need those that rather have random two letters and random numbers like UBA12, UIW92, UQW21 etc.. Because users will only be asked their user ID to retrieve their credits on a third party website hence the users IDs should be impossible to guess.
Admin function:
1) Define number of credits attributed according to IP of origin of user. i.e. 1 credit per video for India, 3 credits per video for USA users
2) Define how many video ads can be watched every X hour
3) Define ad types that can be seen. i.e. 3x non skipable video + 2x skipable videos or 1x non skipable video + 1x skipable video etc...
User area:
1) User will see his unique USER ID and number credits earned (both stored in a MYSQL database) when he enters the app. There is no need to login or provide email. The user ID must remain the same when he re-enters the app without uninstallaing it.
Security features:
1) Check and ban users with proxy IPS. Users who use datacenter, proxy or other machine IPs must be blocked.
Error message: Your IP belongs to a datacenter, VPN or proxy server.
App features:
1) Google ads has probably a limited number of ads that can be seen (for which I will be paid for) by a unique IP so the user can watch max 3 videos every 6 hours so maximum 9 per day.
Show: You have reached your limit. Please come back within six hours.
2) Show countdown until next period when user enters the app before the six hours have elapsed
Note: Let me know if I can decide what ads the visitor will see? i.e. Insurance related etc. I suspect that if google shows untargeted ads, it will pay less.
If I forgot to specify a function, please tell me now. I prefer to avoid have to pay an extra fee because I forgot a basic feature.
I have a small budget for this but I don't think it's a very complicated project so I count on you. The app must be eligible to the terms and conditions of google play so people can download it from there without problem.
