Android App Remodel from Source

I already own the full Android source code for an app that covers roughly 60 % of the functionality I need for a brand-new idea. Your first task is to study that codebase, get comfortable with its structure, then reshape it into the new product. Scope of work • Design revamp – a complete UI/UX overhaul with a fresh colour scheme plus revised logo and branding so the app looks and feels like an entirely different product. • Feature expansion – bolt on new in-app functionalities, including an interactive calendar that lets users create, edit and view events directly inside the app. (If you spot performance quick wins while inside the code, feel free to flag them, but the mandate right now is design and feature work.) Workflow I expect 1. Code familiarization: set up the project, walk me through the existing architecture and any limitations you find. 2. Wireframes & colour palette: once we agree on the new look, you transform those into working screens. 3. Feature build: Remove some features (disable it), add others based on well organized documents that i will share + integrate the calendar component and any related logic, ensuring it lines up with the current data model. 4. QA & delivery: send over a fully working APK plus the updated source code in Git. I’ll test on several Android versions before sign-off.
