I am looking for a developer who can create a feature in my Android app that allows users to upload files only through the camera. Here are the project requirements:

Platform:

- The feature should be implemented on the Android platform.

File Format:

- The format for the uploaded files can be either JPEG or PNG, but it doesn't matter which one.

Camera Feature:

- The camera feature can be implemented either as a native function or by using a third-party library. It doesn't matter which approach is used.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
