Cyberwarp is seeking an IT developer for a Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) application a "walkie-talkie" like voice communication service over mobile wireless networks, based on Voice over IP (VoIP) technology Like (Zello, Voxer, Tornado, Etc…) for our Dispatch System.
“Tossy” is Cloud dispatch system for Taxis, has a desktop software (written in .Net)(VB) controlled by the dispatcher over the web and interact with an Android App (driver app). (sdk)
We want the POC application run seamless over Tossy Driver app.
Simple button integration to our existing android application and a Control users console for the desktop application. (API)
It has to comply with The Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) interoperability and standards.
Every channel is supposed to handle approx. 250 users or more.
Be able to switch between one on one talk or group talk. The normal scenario is to emulate a two way radio system.

By simply pressing a key on the phone, every member of a group can hear the talker simultaneously and immediately. The IT for this job must to have a strong skills in Android/.Net / VB / Java / VoIP/SQL and web portal design experience.
Any phone or computer capable of IP communication can work as a PoC client, provided that enough processing and network capacity is available, moreover, a desktop PC client that can provide “dispatcher” functions has to be created. Panel control and basic functions like user, permits, status, etc..
PTT audio communication is the real description of what is this project about. The basic structure of the project should be PC-server client-mobile app (meaning the PC should communicate with a server software client that handle all the connections and forward back to the client app. and vice versa. Connections should be using websockets.
