Android Sales & Collection Tracker

I need a lightweight Android APK that lets each staff member log in through Single Sign-On, automatically tags every action with the user’s name, and feeds all activity straight into Google Sheets. Core flow • Login screen: Google-based SSO only. Once authenticated, the app shows the staff member’s name pulled from the account—no extra typing. • Two modules on the home screen, arranged side-by-side for speed: – Sales: dropdown Customer Name (synced live from a Google Sheet), Address, Invoice #, Amount. – Payment: dropdown Party (same synced list), Date (native picker), Amount. • A minimalistic, clean UI—plain backgrounds, clear typography, and zero decorative clutter. Data handling All dropdown lists for Customers and Staff, as well as the running totals, must sync to Google Sheets. For every record the sheet should automatically update Total Sales and Total Collection per staff member; I’ll supply the exact column layout. Deliverables • Signed APK ready for sideloading • Complete Android Studio project with well-commented Java/Kotlin code • Google Sheets backend setup (scripts or API linkage) • README explaining how to replace sheet IDs and re-sign the app The job is complete when I can install the APK, log in with my Google account, choose any customer from the live list, save a sale or payment, and see the totals update instantly in the sheet.
