You need the app live on Play, not a tester who hands you a bug list and walks away. Most Play rejections are policy, signing, or review flags. Those get checked before the store sees the build. The flow: test the APK across versions, check Play policy and signing, prep listing (copy, screenshots, icon), upload, stay until it is live. You will not get a gallery of Play listings. Own apps sit on TestFlight. This APK's live pass is how the listing gets judged. 7 days to test, list, and submit once the APK and Console access (new account if needed) are in.
