Project Description: I am looking for a professional and experienced app developer who can develop my Android app and successfully testing and publish it on Google Play Store by strictly following all Google Play Console policies, terms, and conditions. This will be my first app on Google Play Store, so policy compliance, clean code, and proper guidance are extremely important. Scope of Work: Develop a fully functional Android app Ensure 100% compliance with Google Play policies, including: User Data & Privacy Policy Permissions policy Data Safety form Ads policy (if ads are used) Content & UI guidelines Create and deliver: Signed AAB (Android App Bundle) Unique package name App icon & splash screen (basic) Assist with or handle: Google Play Console setup App upload & release management Store listing guidance (title, description, screenshots) Fix any policy warnings or rejections until the app is approved Make sure the app is approved and LIVE on Google Play Store ,Source Code & Ownership Terms: Developer must provide complete and original source code Source code must include: Full project All Dart files Assets (icons, images, fonts if custom) Configuration files Firebase / API setup details (if used) Full ownership of the source code will be transferred to me after final payment Developer cannot reuse, resell, or claim ownership of the app or its code Code must be: Clean Well-structured Free from copied or pirated libraries Source code must be delivered via: GitHub / GitLab repository OR ZIP file before final milestone approval Important Conditions (Must Read): Developer must guarantee Google Play policy compliance App must not violate: Data safety rules Misleading or restricted content policies Copyright or trademark rules If the app is rejected due to developer mistakes, developer must fix it without extra cost Payment will be released ONLY after: App is LIVE on Google Play Store Complete source code is delivered If the developer fails to provide full source code, payment will not be released.
