YouTube & Patreon Channel Manager for Non-Profit Are you passionate about animals and skilled at growing online communities? We are seeking a YouTube & Patreon Channel Manager to help us expand our reach and inspire support for our life-saving work at our animal sanctuary. Responsibilities Manage and grow our YouTube channels – upload, optimize, and schedule videos to maximize engagement and subscriber growth. Oversee our Patreon account – create and manage posts, updates, and rewards to grow our supporter community. Develop and execute content strategies that highlight the sanctuary’s mission and connect emotionally with viewers. Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and provide reports to improve strategy. Collaborate with our team to ensure timely video releases and engaging content for donors and supporters. Requirements Proven experience managing YouTube channels and/or Patreon accounts. Strong understanding of SEO for YouTube, thumbnails, tags, and video optimization. Creativity in storytelling and community engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for animal welfare and our mission of rescue and care.
