I want to roll out Compensation Workbench (CWB) in our Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 HRMS environment. The core application stack is already live and we have successfully deployed several other HR modules, so the underlying technical and security setups are in place. What I now need is an Oracle HRMS consultant who can take ownership of the CWB implementation from end to end. The scope covers three key areas: • Setup and configuration – defining eligibility, plan components, budgets, security profiles and workflows so the module aligns with current HR and payroll configurations. • Employee self-service compensation management – enabling managers and employees to review, propose and approve compensation changes through SSHR with clean, intuitive page flows and proper AME rules. • Reporting and analytics – designing and delivering standard and ad-hoc reports (BI Publisher/Discoverer/OTBI) that give HR and finance real-time visibility into budget usage, approvals and audit trails. Deliverables will include: 1. A fully configured CWB environment promoted from DEV to PROD with documented setups. 2. Functional and technical design documents plus migration scripts. 3. Two rounds of user acceptance testing support and issue resolution. 4. Knowledge-transfer sessions for HRIS and payroll teams. 5. Post-go-live hyper-care with agreed success metrics (all workflows complete without error, reports reconcile to payroll totals).
