Job title: Fractional Head of Growth (KSA e‑Com) Purpose: Run growth end‑to‑end Duration & Pay: - Ongoing engagement expected 12+ months (sprint‑based). - Pay: Fixed price per sprint. What you’ll own: Pitch Deck Sprint (Techstars‑ready): Refine & finalize our accelerator deck (Sequoia structure, YC tone). You’ll receive a pre‑built data pack; verify KPIs (LTV, CAC, LTV:CAC, traction trends) and rewrite for clarity. Growth Operating System Sprint: - Define the north‑star metric & KPI tree; set practical guardrails for CAC/Payback/CM2; propose cadence and reporting. - Acquisition Sprint (Google Ads first): Audit and apply quick, safe wins on live campaigns; fix measurement; prepare structured experiments. Dashboards: Deliver lean, decision‑ready Looker Studio views (daily snapshot + weekly roll‑up). Must‑have: - 2+ before/after case studies with numbers. - Sample Looker Studio dashboards you built. - Ability to translate KPIs into a clear investor‑grade story (accelerator or VC deck experience). - Strong written English; clear, concise async updates. Nice‑to‑have: - E‑com in KSA/GCC. - Proven LTV:CAC improvement and payback optimisation.
