Necessary skills and competencies • Ability to establish contacts and maintain relationships with leaders and representatives of philanthropic organizations • Analytical and research skills: Ability to quickly find and evaluate potential partners, analyzing their current initiatives and areas of work. • Good written and oral communication: Ability to convincingly present proposals and convey the value of the project to potential partners. 3. KPIs for performance evaluation • Conclude agreements with two partners in each country (a total of six agreements in the first stage) with a good reputation and experience in educational projects, with a proven ability to provide sustainable support. • Completion of each stage of the agreement within the established timeframe (e.g. within 2-6 months). • Regular reporting: Weekly progress reports, including a list of contacts, status of negotiations and potential barriers. This project can be supported with part-time assistance from the specialist. The expected duration of the project is 6 months. The primary goal for this project is to secure partnerships with reputable organizations. The budget for this project is between $4,000 and $20,000. Weekly progress reports should be provided via email and video meetings Preference for the specialist to be local to Africa. The focus should be on securing partnerships with organizations that support vocational training projects. The expected format for the agreements is formal contracts. The specialist should expect minimal travel, primarily working remotely.
