China-Based Amazon Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager based in China to oversee and optimize our Amazon FBA store operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily management tasks, improve storefront visibility, and leverage their local presence to streamline communication and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1-Listing Creation & Optimization: Write compelling, SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to drive organic traffic and conversions. 2-PPC Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads to reduce ACoS and maximize ROI. 3-Review & Reputation Management: Proactively manage product reviews and seller feedback, responding to customer inputs and resolving negative experiences within Amazon's guidelines. 4-Customer Care & Returns: Provide daily customer service, respond to buyer inquiries promptly, and process refunds, exchanges, or returns efficiently. 5-Supplier Liaison & Quality Support: Leverage your location in China to communicate effectively with our local manufacturers and freight forwarders if operational or quality issues arise. Required Skills & Experience: 1-Proven track record of successfully managing Amazon Seller Central accounts for at least 2-3 years. 2-Advanced knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.), and PPC strategies. 3-Experience handling customer service and resolving account health issues. 4-Fluent in English (for listing creation and customer care) and native/fluent in Mandarin (for seamless supplier communication). 5-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
