The very first milestone is to get the brand fully registered and live on Amazon Seller Central, then immediately shift our energy to securing international electronics & gadget manufacturers who are willing to give us exclusive or semi-exclusive distributorship for the Indian market. Here’s what I expect from the engagement: • Amazon foundation work – creation of the Seller account, brand registry enrolment, compliant product listings, FBA or Easy Ship workflow set-up, and a concise launch roadmap. • Business development focus – proactive outreach to global electronics and gadget makers, negotiating distributorship or reseller agreements, and mapping out which brands/products will give us the quickest traction.
