use AWS to build an RESTful APIs

you have to use AWS and use appropriate services that does the following
1- get responses from an api (i will provide later)
2- Cache the responses
3 - provide an api that can fetch the Cached response from step 2
4- the Cached response must be updated periodically (for example every hour or every 30 minute)
5- the api must require a token to be accessed
* the api from (step 1) has many endpoints , but you will use only 4 or 5 endpoints
you need to do all that on AWS and then share how to setup that on my AWS
