We are a B2B technology company serving the Hospitality market. We have an infrastructure based in 3 parts:
1. Cloud based (AWS) hosting our FreePBX switches, security/VPN, Wi-Fi controllers, and applications
2. A Secure internet connection to each property
3. A small on-premise system consisting of internet modem, Cisco router & switches, ATAs, Wi-Fi APs (UniFi),
We have a virtual NOC and are in need of a T2 (Voip and Telephony) to join our team part-time (to start), assist to monitor, troubleshoot, secure, develop/automate monitoring and maintenance tools, advise on products/implementations, proactively maintain the infrastructure, and fix issues re-actively.
This is a flexible and long term position where we would like the candidate to learn and grow with the team. The hours are flexible however will generally fall between 07:00am ET and 22:00 ET (GMT-5); in addition, on-call will be required for certain times.
We are adding new products (SMS, access control/NFC, web/mobile interfaces, and a new Wi-Fi portal) which the ideal candidate will find interesting to work with, explore, design, and build with us.
