i need a (python) Lambda function for index maintenance tasks for both MySQL and PostgreSQL in AWS RDS.

The requirement is to run the Lambda for entire AWS account and it should run on all the databases in that account. It should use credential via session manager and we need not to mention the Instance names in servers file instead of that it has to run on all the servers in that account.

it has to use python code. and the credentials will be same for all servers but we need not to mention in any file as they are not ready to put the credentials in files.
