Note: use the best solution as the initial guess. Recall that the best solution is not in a pickle format and that the tspMod2 requires a pickle format, so you need a way to convert from one to the other.
You already did this assignment for proj03 however it is difficult to communicate with bender from AWS. Therefore you only need to have this run on owens. Since this will only run on owens, A slurm script will be generated for owens that uses 16 processes. The first processes will start with the RandSeed value, the next with RandSeed+1 up to RandSeed+15. You do not need to run anyprocesses on AWS to solve the TPS problem.
