Looking for aws rekognition expert and php developer

I am looking for an experienced AWS Rekognition expert and PHP developer to assist me with implementing AWS Rekognition features and integrating it with PHP.

I have a image moderation system built on AWS Rekognition and PHP, where it detects nudity, illegal objects etc. What needs to be done is detect if the photo is genuine and it contains a genuine person. It should not be only of objects, or a scenary or a cartoon or a gods photo etc. It's for a dating app so you can understand the kind of photo can be approved and which can't. Also photo can't contain any kind of text like contact information, if it contains it should detect that, because many female users does put contact users to scam the other users. So it should also do that.

The solution is some what implemented, you just need to make it robust and implement rest of the features.

You must have done something similar, because by just observing documentation it is not possible fast.

So bid only if you have done this before. Come up with your experience to share so I can understand that you have done it.
