Amazon AWS

I am developing an e-learning program that is flash based and then converted to an exe file. I want to utilize Amazon AWS to host a test version of my exe files. My first phase is to have a provider setup on AWS, either through Beanstalk or other related service, the ability for me as a user to access this exe file and run it as though it were on my desktop. Eventually, the AWS format would be used where individuals would access the same info, but each would have a user ID and password and their own profile on AWS. For now, however, I just need the initial setup of the AWS site and the ability to run my exe file via the web.
