About the job:
Move2Play is a rapidly growing kids toy company in the e-commerce space. We were founded 6 years ago with a mission to create unique interactive toys that get kids moving. We are dedicated to creating exceptional products and services for our customers at an affordable price. We are a team of 5 USA based employees looking to expand our team internationally with exceptional talent.
We're seeking a full time - salaried employee - who is an expert in all things Amazon, logistics, and google sheets.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment shipments into Amazon US, UK, CAD, Walmart, and our 3PL to keep products in stock.
Working directly with factories in China to make sure production is on schedule, and the factories have all components they need.
Analytically review, track and report on all supply chain logistics processes, including purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory.
Generating gantt charts to track production and shipping timelines with [login to view URL]
Troubleshooting issues within Amazon/Walmart including, lost inventory, product detail page updates, variation creations, ect.
Overseeing the day-to-day global ecommerce operations, product catalog maintenance, Amazon troubleshooting, and inventory management.
Responsible for updating the weekly/monthly forecasts and reconciliation of budgets
Coordinate import containers with manufacturers, Freight Forwarders and 3PL.
Work internally with creative/marketing teams to coordinate new product launches.
Lead efforts to expand sales into Amazon UK/CAD and oversee operations in those countries
Stay informed about Amazon policies, guidelines, and updates to ensure compliance and maximize brand performance on the platform.
Various Administrative tasks such as bill pay
Qualifications:
You will be working directly with the USA based team, so you must be available during EST 8am-5PM
2+ Years of Amazon PPC experience optimizing/launching campaigns
4+ Years experience as an Amazon brand manager including catalog management, creating support cases, product detail pages, reimbursements
2 Years+ Selling on Walmart with in-depth knowledge of Seller Center +Walmart Advertising
Proficient at complex functions within google sheets including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Indexing, ect.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience using Adwords especially as it relates to driving traffic to Amazon
Background in data analytics and statistics
