I have an Altium Designer project that is fully routed and already in production, yet the supporting files are a mess. What I need now is a clean, professional documentation package generated directly from the existing Altium files. Scope of work • Re-organise the current project (Altium Designer) so that outputs can be generated reliably. • Produce assembly drawings that follow my company-specific template. These drawings must include: – Component placement with clear reference designators – Full top- and bottom-layer views – All relevant mechanical drawings (board outline, mounting holes, keep-out zones) Deliverables 1. Updated Altium project folder with tidy layer stack, named variants (if any) and annotation locked. 2. PDF set of the assembly drawings described above. 3. Fabrication pack: Gerbers (RS-274X), ODB++ or IPC-2581, drill files, pick-and-place CSV, and an updated fabrication README so the board house can build from a single zip. Acceptance • All PDFs match the company template I will supply. • Layer names, file names and mechanical dimensions must match the current hardware; I will verify by printing the PDFs at 1:1 scale against an existing board. • The fabrication archive must import into JLCPCB’s viewer without errors. If you live in Altium every day and can turn a cluttered design into a tight manufacturing pack, let’s talk and get this wrapped up quickly.

Hi, there I’m your Altium designer who lives in the weeds of board documentation and can turn a cluttered project into a tight, production-ready package. I have spent the last 4 years solving this exact problem: reorganizing, annotating, and generating complete fabrication and assembly documentation directly from existing Altium files. I will first clean the project structure, lock annotations, and standardize layer stacks and variants. Then I’ll build a company-compliant assembly drawing set with precise reference designators and full top/bottom views, plus mechanicals (board outline, mounting holes, keep-out zones). Finally, I’ll generate the fabrication bundle (Gerbers, ODB++, IPC-2581, drill files), a pick-and-place CSV, and an updated fabrication README, all organized for a single zip archive. I can start immediately and will deliver a tidy Altium folder ready for release, plus a PDF set conforming to your template and a JLCPCB-viewer-friendly archive. ✅Scope of work - Reorganize Altium project for reliable outputs - Produce template-aligned assembly drawings with placement details and mechanicals - Generate a complete fabrication pack compatible with common board houses ✅Deliverables - Updated Altium project folder with tidy layer stack, named variants, and locked annotation - PDF set of assembly drawings - Fabrication archive (Gerbers/ODB++, drill files, PnP CSV, updated README) I am looking forward to working with you. Best Regards Chris

Hello, I can clean up your existing Altium Designer project and convert it into a fully structured, production-ready documentation and fabrication package without altering the validated hardware. My approach will focus on preserving your routed design while reorganizing the project structure, standardizing naming conventions, and ensuring all outputs regenerate correctly and consistently from Altium. Scope of work: • Re-structure Altium project (files, variants, layers, outputs) without changing PCB design • Lock and standardize annotations, reference designators, and layer stack naming • Generate company-template-compliant assembly drawings (top/bottom views, component placement, mechanical outlines, mounting/keep-outs) • Prepare complete fabrication package: Gerbers (RS-274X), ODB++/IPC-2581, drill files, pick-and-place CSV • Create a clean fabrication README for manufacturers Deliverables: • Clean, organized Altium project folder • PDF assembly drawing set matching your template exactly • Verified manufacturing zip ready for JLCPCB import without errors I regularly work in Altium for production hardware and understand how to align engineering files with manufacturing requirements while maintaining traceability and consistency. Estimated timeline: 2–4 days depending on template complexity. Best regards, **Engr. Muhammad Uzair**

Hello, I’ve reviewed your requirement, and this is exactly the kind of Altium cleanup + production documentation work I handle for manufacturing-ready PCB releases. I will take your existing routed Altium project and restructure it into a clean, production-grade design environment—without altering your existing hardware. This includes organizing the project tree, standardizing layer stack naming, locking annotations, and ensuring all outputs generate consistently. I will then produce a complete documentation package aligned with your company template, including precise assembly drawings (top/bottom views, reference designators, and mechanical details such as board outline, mounting holes, and keep-outs). Finally, I’ll generate a fully validated fabrication bundle (Gerbers, ODB++/IPC-2581, drill files, pick-and-place CSV, and README) ensuring it imports cleanly into JLCPCB and other manufacturers. Portfolio: https://www.freelancer.pk/u/salahuddin1973 I regularly prepare Altium projects for production release and understand how critical consistency and fabrication-readiness are for avoiding board house issues. Best regards, Naufal

Hello there, I noticed you need an Altium Designer expert to turn an already production ready PCB project into a clean, professional manufacturing and documentation package, and that is exactly the kind of cleanup work that saves time, prevents build errors, and improves handoff to assembly partners. Since the board is already routed and in production, the priority is preserving current hardware accuracy while organizing files, standardizing outputs, and generating reliable documentation directly from the source project. I’ve helped streamline PCB project packages by cleaning file structures, validating outputs, and preparing fabrication ready deliverables that manufacturers can use immediately. The best approach would be to first audit the current Altium project, organize layers, outputs, variants, and naming conventions, then create assembly drawings using your company template with top and bottom placement views, clear reference designators, and all required mechanical details such as outlines, holes, and keep out zones. After that, I would generate a complete fabrication pack including Gerbers, drill files, pick and place data, and a clear README, then validate everything through viewer checks such as JLCPCB import to ensure zero issues. I also noted your 1:1 print verification requirement, so dimensions and mechanical accuracy would be carefully checked against the current hardware before final delivery. Best regards, Mobasher Reza
