It is important to note that we do not have any available datasets for this project, and vendors are expected to procure them as part of their proposed solution.
Project Description and Scope
The scope of this project includes the development, testing, and implementation of an AI-based OCR solution to accurately detect and recognize Arabic handwritten text. The project will involve:
a. Procuring diverse datasets of Arabic handwriting, including various styles, sizes, and levels of legibility.
b. Developing a machine learning model capable of recognizing Arabic handwritten text with a minimum accuracy rate of 90-95%.
c. Training the model on the procured datasets of Arabic handwriting.
d. Developing a user-friendly interface to facilitate the input and processing of handwritten Arabic text.
e. Testing the developed solution with real-world samples to ensure it meets the desired performance requirements.
f. Providing technical support, maintenance, and updates to the solution for a specified period.
Interested vendors should demonstrate:
a. A proven track record in developing AI-based OCR solutions or similar machine-learning projects.
b. Experience in procuring and working with Arabic language datasets, and an understanding of the unique challenges associated with Arabic handwriting recognition.
c. A team of skilled machine learning experts, including researchers, engineers, and software developers.
d. Strong communication and project management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with our organization throughout the project's duration.
Proposal Submission Requirements
Proposals should include:
