take the technology/solution that is being leveraged as part of accepted project "Algorithm Optimization IH" and enhance as required below.
Enhance the first project to include:
* The score for each query as the first line of the query output file
* The score and the percentage improvement in the last N minutes
* Make the program accept the number of seconds between samples, the value N for the item above, and the minimum number of records required for a query to be valid as parameters to the program.
* A technical spec of input and output for inclusion when the project is re-listed for others to contribute algorithms written in one of the acceptable programming languages (aka "algos"). The spec will include the requirement that the program be able to be compiled and run on a standard ubuntu linux 64 bit system, allowing them to provide a list of standard packages that need to be installed first.
Also provide a program that accepts the dataset and a query result file and runs the query to verify the score produced.
(This would be the program to check yesterdays query against a dataset with todays data - it will complain that the score has changed, but give you the freshly calculated score.)
