While our platform is currently only managing one property for the owner, there's a need to engage with Airbnb while being able to deal with the various local authorities and third parties associated with the platform. From being able to call visitors who visited the space over email as well as through phone calls, you are the front desk and legal professional making sure that the accounts is being listed and sales are coming in, from making sure that the hotel spaces, local law enforcement within the need to inquire on issues of theft, permitting, speaking with the owner of the company on engaging the Land Registry on matter of Title; having an understanding of the Probate office in matter of estates; given issues of theft of which we see some items do get stolen, being able to engage law enforcement on behalf of the properties to request the various information, Local County Offices on matter of planning public services, arguing delisting and various expenses owed to the company. From managing airbnb accounts, going through issues of what happened to get airbnb accounts delisted, to recovering funds from airbnb for damaged, stolen, extortion and various issues and more ; you are familiar with Court services ; Revenue Commissioners , while being able to support the privacy of this living in the company, working out of the Companies Offices and HQs, able to secure quotes to book other spaces for upcoming event dates, gov offices, and any other relevant state or semi state agency, as the digital front desk, your goal is managing the space of the brand and the various activities happening within the space while consolidating all the various spaces we have agreement with and the various dates we have options in those spaces, from posting monthly booking, hourly recording studio booking, daily bookings, the goal is making sure the spaces we have see a 100% occupancy while working with the company to make sure we are innovating ways in which our space are listed within our own profiles in the future. At the level of really advancing our relationship with AirBNB; you are able to speak to the various talents you need to to get the information required to argue the cases of getting the account delisted and advancing. Please keep in mind that this position is very much a responsive portfolio, given the need to have 24/7 response services, I am looking for a team able to manage a range of activities within not wasting my time, my money as well as making their tasks seem more than it needs to be. While other externals of whom are engaged to support the various issues encountered every day will require you to speak to the platform while having the experience to build strong cases while being able to consolidate reports and speak to various talents, there will be a strong need to have a strong engineering, property manager, securities, real estate, talent that is able to bring his talents to the team and work hard to advance within the production.
