I have several residential properties across Oxfordshire that are ready for brand-new split-system air-conditioning. Each project calls for the complete installation and commissioning of between one and three indoor / outdoor units, with no removal of existing equipment required. You will receive pre-selected equipment and job-specific drawings before arriving on site; what I need is a reliable subcontract team that can take the installation from first fix right through to final hand-over. All work is inside occupied homes, so tidy workmanship and clear communication with occupants are essential. Deliverables • Mount and secure indoor and outdoor units • Run refrigerant pipework, inter-connecting cable and condensate drains • Pressure-test, evacuate, charge (factory-charge tops-up if required) and commission the system • Provide basic user demonstration and commissioning sheet on completion Please confirm your availability in Oxfordshire, your typical lead time for 1–3 unit jobs, and any relevant certification or recent residential references.
