We’re looking for an AI video creator and editor who deeply understands female audiences ages 15–21 and knows how to create content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. We will provide the script and creative direction—your role is to transform those ideas into engaging short-form videos that feel relatable, emotionally intelligent, entertaining, and authentic, like conversations young women are already having with their friends. Our content blends meaningful insights with entertainment in a way that feels approachable, modern, and highly shareable. We’re building content that resonates with girls during some of their most formative years—not by talking at them, but by speaking their language and reflecting their real experiences. What We’re Looking For You should be able to: * Turn provided scripts into compelling short-form videos * Understand current TikTok and Instagram trends, pacing, and editing styles * Use AI tools to efficiently generate or enhance content * Create videos that resonate with a female audience aged 15–21 Our visual style is: * Simple and clean * Cinematic and emotionally engaging * Modern and relatable * Fast-paced enough for strong retention * Native to TikTok and Instagram We prioritize authenticity and storytelling over complex effects or highly produced content. Responsibilities * Edit vertical videos in 9:16 format * Create videos using the scripts and creative direction we provide * Use AI tools to generate visuals, B-roll, motion graphics, and captions * Source royalty-free footage when needed * Deliver videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram, and YouTube * Incorporate feedback and maintain consistent brand quality Preferred Tools Experience with some combination of: * CapCut * Adobe Premiere Pro * Final Cut Pro * Runway * Veo * Kling * Midjourney * ChatGPT * Other AI-powered video creation tools Requirements * Strong understanding of content for women ages 15–21 * Portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing skills * Reliable communication and fast turnaround times * Ability to maintain a consistent visual style Compensation $5 USD per completed video.
