Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record in performance video editing (UGC style, direct response, paid ads). High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Hands-on experience operating generative AI video and audio platforms. Deep understanding of social media algorithms, hook rates, and viewer retention metrics.
