RPA & AI Automation Busienss Analyst & Developer

I need an experienced Business Analyst & Developers —4 to 8 years in the seat—who can jump straight into multiple automation initiatives that blend classic RPA with modern AI/ML. You’ll own the end-to-end business analysis discipline: eliciting and documenting requirements, turning them into crystal-clear functional specs, and steering those specs through build, test, and release. Most of our work lands in logistics, retail, and a few government workflows, all tightly coupled to ERP, WMS, and CRM platforms. Expect to sit with business stakeholders one hour, then pair with UiPath or Automation Anywhere developers and AI engineers the next, shaping processes that use computer vision, NLP, and data-driven triggers. Key things you’ll do day-to-day – Map current processes, surface gaps, and redesign streamlined workflows – Write user stories and acceptance criteria that developers can code against – Maintain traceability from business goal to released bot or model – Prepare and run UAT sessions, capturing feedback and closing defects fast – Produce the documentation pack everyone actually reads: BRD, FSD, swim-lane diagrams, RACI, the lot – Keep stakeholders aligned through crisp communication, RAID logs, and status updates Success looks like this: every automated process runs without manual intervention, integrates cleanly with upstream/downstream systems, and is backed by artifacts any auditor could follow.
