Install and configure conversion tracking—Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag—and pipe all events into our CRM via webhooks/Zapier so every lead carries its source tag. 3. Launch A/B creative tests using copy variations that highlight our AI value prop; refresh creatives each month. 4. Optimise bids, budgets, audiences and placements weekly, guided by cost-per-lead and ROAS targets. 5. Provide concise dashboards and a short Loom walkthrough every Friday that break down performance by platform and campaign. Acceptance criteria • 95 %+ of leads enter the CRM with correct platform/source labels. • CPL trend shows steady decline after the first 30 days. • Clear written explanation of optimisation actions and next steps in each weekly report.
