# SDR + Growth Hybrid (AI-Driven Startup Role) ## Overview We’re looking for a highly resourceful SDR + Growth Hybrid to build and run outbound lead generation systems using modern automation and AI tools. This role combines sales development, lead generation, and growth marketing into one end-to-end ownership position. You will be responsible for finding prospects, enriching lead data, running outbound campaigns, and driving qualified conversations for the business. --- ## Responsibilities ### Lead Generation & Research * Source high-quality leads using Google Maps, directories, and online databases * Identify target businesses based on industry, location, and fit * Build and maintain structured lead lists ### Data Enrichment * Find and verify business emails, websites, and contact details * Use enrichment tools (e.g. Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Clay) * Clean and organise lead data for outreach readiness ### Cold Outreach * Write and personalise cold email campaigns using AI tools * Manage outbound email sending systems (Outlook, Gmail, or outreach tools) * Build follow-up sequences to improve response rates ### Campaign Management * Run and monitor outreach campaigns at scale * A/B test messaging and subject lines * Improve open and reply rates through iteration ### Tracking & Reporting * Track replies, conversions, and booked meetings * Maintain CRM or spreadsheet-based pipeline tracking * Report performance metrics and campaign results --- ## Required Skills * Experience with outbound sales or lead generation (or strong willingness to learn) * Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, or CRM systems * Strong written communication skills for cold email outreach * Basic understanding of automation workflows * High attention to detail in data handling --- ## Nice to Have * Experience with Google Maps scraping or lead scraping tools * Knowledge of email deliverability best practices * Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation workflows) * Experience in B2B sales or SDR roles --- ## What We Offer * Full ownership of outbound growth systems * Opportunity to build AI-powered lead generation workflows * Fast-paced startup environment with autonomy * Direct impact on revenue and growth --- ## Ideal Candidate You are someone who enjoys building systems, experimenting with growth tactics, and combining sales with automation.
