## Growth & Client Acquisition Manager — Commission-Based We are building an AI automation agency that helps businesses automate lead handling, customer communication, appointment booking, follow-ups, and other repetitive processes. We are looking for a **highly proactive Growth & Client Acquisition Manager** to take ownership of our client acquisition and front-end growth. This is **not a basic social media management role**. We are looking for someone who can think like a growth operator — someone who can help us build the brand, generate qualified leads, start conversations, conduct sales calls, and ultimately close clients. ### What you'll be responsible for **Marketing & Brand** * Develop our social-media growth strategy * Manage Instagram and LinkedIn * Plan and coordinate content * Identify content opportunities and trends * Help build our authority and credibility online * Coordinate with designers/editors when required **Website & Conversion** * Help structure and improve our agency website * Create/optimize landing pages * Improve calls-to-action and lead capture * Make sure visitors have a clear path toward booking a demo **Lead Generation** * Identify potential businesses within our target niche * Build qualified prospect lists * Research decision-makers * Develop outbound acquisition strategies * Use Instagram, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other appropriate channels **Sales** * Start conversations with prospects * Handle inbound enquiries * Conduct discovery calls * Present our offer and automation solutions * Follow up with prospects * Prepare/send proposals * Negotiate and close suitable clients **Growth System** * Maintain a simple CRM/pipeline * Track prospects, conversations, meetings and conversions * Test different acquisition strategies * Identify what is producing results and double down on it * Build repeatable systems for generating clients ### What we are NOT looking for We are not looking for someone whose entire strategy is: > “I'll post reels and wait for clients.” We need someone who understands: **Attention → Leads → Conversations → Meetings → Sales → Revenue** ### Compensation This position is initially **commission-based**. There is no large fixed salary at the beginning because we are building the agency together. You will earn a percentage of the revenue from clients you successfully acquire and close. **Example:** If you close a ₹50,000 client and the agreed commission is 20%, you earn ₹10,000. As the agency grows and consistent revenue is generated, there is potential to move toward a **fixed + performance-based compensation structure** and take on a larger growth leadership role. Commission terms will be agreed clearly before work begins. ### Who we're looking for You should be: * Highly proactive * Comfortable with sales * Strong at written and verbal communication * Comfortable talking to business owners * Good at identifying opportunities * Familiar with social media marketing * Comfortable with cold outreach * Able to conduct sales calls * Results-oriented * Self-motivated * Comfortable working remotely * Interested in building something rather than simply completing assigned tasks Experience with **AI agencies, marketing agencies, SaaS, B2B sales, lead generation or client acquisition** is a major advantage. ### Important We care much more about **results than certificates**. You do not need to be an expert in every area. If you're excellent at growth and sales but need freelancers/tools/AI to help with design, editing or website implementation, that's completely fine.
