Google Docs/Drive → auto-generate contracts/quotes from templates, export PDF, auto-link back. AI Integration (OpenAI API) Draft 3 reply styles (formal, concise, friendly) for emails/WhatsApp with reason explanations. AI review of staff replies before sending. Automate contract/quote drafting based on CRM data. Testing & Training Run end-to-end tests (Lead → Deal → AI draft → Contract → Dashboard).
