I run Humans of Football (HoF), a football community and sports platform. I want to build an AI-assisted content production workflow using Adobe Premiere Pro. I already have an Excel-based HoF Content Machine covering our content pipeline, shot lists, interviews, publishing, QC, formats and performance tracking. I need you to: 1. Set up my Premiere Pro workspace for HoF. 2. Create 3–5 reusable Premiere templates for Reels/Shorts. 3. Set up AI-assisted workflow for finding important moments from football footage. 4. Set up automatic transcription/captions. 5. Set up audio enhancement workflow. 6. Create a workflow for turning one match into multiple social-media assets. 7. Connect the workflow conceptually with my existing Excel content tracker. 8. Recommend the exact AI tools I should use and explain what each one does. 9. Give me a simple SOP so my future editors can follow the same process. 10. Record a screen-share/tutorial showing me how everything works. Budget: ₹5,000 fixed. This is a setup/consulting project, not ongoing editing. I want the final result to be a repeatable HoF content-production system.

Hi! The biggest challenge here isn’t just setting up Premiere—it’s creating a **repeatable system that turns one football match into consistent, high-quality social content without reinventing the workflow every time.** I can professionally build that system for HoF: organize your Premiere workspace, create reusable Reels/Shorts templates, set up AI-assisted highlight discovery, transcription/captions and audio enhancement, and structure a match-to-multiple-assets workflow that aligns with your existing Excel Content Machine. I’ll also document the exact AI tools, create a simple SOP for future editors, and record a clear walkthrough so the workflow is easy to replicate. The goal is a **clean, scalable HoF content-production system—not just a one-time setup.** **Message me now to discuss the project further and let’s get your HoF workflow running efficiently.**

As an AI Video Editor and Digital Product Designer, I'm thrilled to have discovered your project. My experience aligns perfectly with your desired goals, as I specialize in creating engaging short-form content and designing effective digital products. Notably, setting up AI-assisted content production workflows, generating reusable templates, and streamlining digital systems is within my area of expertise. On top of that, I have an in-depth understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, and I am well-versed in using AI-powered tools such as automated transcription/captions generation and audio enhancement workflows which aligns with points #3 through #5 on your list. In the past, I've successfully applied these tools in automating multimedia processes thereby improving efficiency at all stages. Furthermore, being able to connect and conceptualize the workflow with your existing Excel-based content tracker isn't a problem for me. Blending different technologies to achieve seamless integration is one of the reasons I've been successful in this field. Rest assured I can recommend and explain to you the exact AI tools you need for a repeatable HoF content-production system while providing a simple SOP for future editors. Let's schedule a chat so I may demonstrate my skills further!
