So you need one villa calendar that stays honest across Airbnb, Booking, and Agoda without anyone double booking. Two way sync is the whole job. Everything else is straightforward WordPress work. The trap is that these channels do not update at the same speed. Airbnb pushes fast, Booking lags, Agoda lags more. If a guest books direct during that gap you get an overlap. So I build the site calendar as the single source of truth. Every channel reads from it and writes back to it, with a lock on the room dates while the sync runs. Core updates, plugin refresh, and photos happen first so the base is stable. Then the admin only login with a reservations dashboard for check in, check out, edits, and cancellations. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook connect to the AI agent last, reading live availability from that same calendar.
