AI WhatsApp Commerce Bot

I need a fully-functioning WhatsApp bot that behaves like a knowledgeable sales assistant within 48 hours. It must: • Hold natural, human-like conversations in multiple Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) and English. • Sell and instantly deliver digital products. After payment, the buyer should automatically receive the correct download link or licence key without further input from me. - Must be able to collect payment through Razorpay • Collect payments inside the chat through a secure gateway that supports Indian and international cards/UPI. • Detect abandoned carts and follow up with personalised reminders or discount codes to recover the sale. • Answer FAQs from a predefined knowledge base yet remain conversational, not scripted. Any modern conversational-AI stack is acceptable—ChatGPT API, Dialogflow CX, or your custom LLM routing—provided the end result meets the above goals. Integration must comply with WhatsApp Business Cloud API policies, and the final hand-over should include: 1. Source code and environment files. 2. Step-by-step deployment notes for my server or a recommended cloud host. 3. A quick-start guide for adding new FAQs, products, or languages.
