Perfex CRM AI Task Automation

I want to extend my existing Perfex CRM with an AI-powered assistant that can take over the busywork my team still handles manually. Within the same interface, the assistant should be able to: • Send personalised emails to customers for follow-ups • Automatically create new contracts based on predefined templates • Open new leads (and full customer records when needed) the moment data arrives through forms or API hooks 'Some other tasks the AI Assistant should be able to support: Create customer Create task Create appointment Auto send reminder email to customer Calculate commission Create and send quote Remind reps of overdue tasks like contract that hasn’t been sign. If you can also let it compile quick performance or pipeline reports from the data that’s already in Perfex, that would be a plus. Perfex is built on CodeIgniter/PHP, so the solution has to slot in cleanly as a module or controller I can enable from the admin panel without touching core files. I’m fine with you using OpenAI, LangChain or similar libraries as long as keys and model settings are stored securely and can be edited from the settings page. Acceptance criteria 1. One-click installable module with clear setup docs. 2. Admin can toggle each automation (emails, contracts, leads) on or off and edit prompt/templates. 3. Actions triggered by cron or webhooks are logged in the Perfex activity log for traceability. 4. No core Perfex files overwritten; the module survives standard updates.
