Backend System (Low-Code / No-Code Preferred) Instead of a heavy custom backend, use one of these platforms: Airtable (vendor database + case history + rate card). Zapier / [login to view URL] (automation workflows between voice agent, WhatsApp, and database). Required backend features: Vendor management (location, rates, availability). Google Maps API Integration Calculate vendor-to-customer distance and ETA. Auto-suggest nearest available vendor. Payment Flow Send QR code/payment link via WhatsApp. Collect advance payment. Admin confirmation → trigger vendor assignment. AI Conversation Memory AI should remember past calls and ensure a seamless customer experience. Example Workflow Customer calls → AI answers politely. AI identifies issue (breakdown/accident/stuck in mud). AI requests customer’s live location via WhatsApp. System calculates charges (rate card + profit) using vendor distance from Google Maps API. AI calls customer back with price + waiting time. AI sends payment QR code via WhatsApp. After payment confirmation, AI shares job details with vendor. Vendor completes service → case closed in dashboard. Requirements Proven experience with AI Voice Bots (Exotel, [login to view URL], Twilio, or similar). Strong knowledge of WhatsApp Cloud API integration. Familiarity with OpenAI Realtime API / conversational AI. Experience with Google Maps API. Ability to use low-code/no-code platforms (Airtable, Bubble, Glide, Google Sheets, Zapier/Make). Strong focus on building a scalable, cost-effective, and reliable system.
