Validation, spam protection, and clean styling to match the current theme are essential. Second, I want full live-chat capability embedded on every page. Basic text chat is fine for human operators, yet I also want an AI-powered responder that can handle common questions when we are offline and keep a searchable chat-history log inside the admin area. You’re free to work with tools such as Tidio, Intercom, Dialogflow, or a comparable framework—as long as response times remain low and the chat UI looks native to the site. Finally, a gated client portal must be added. Logged-in clients should be able to view their matter updates, securely exchange documents, and schedule meetings. Access must be role-based so staff can publish notes only the assigned client can see.
