Claude Workflow Automation Setup

I need Claude configured for a business-grade workflow automation stack. The goal is to let the model take over three routine areas: • Scheduling & reminders – Claude should watch a shared Google Workspace calendar, propose meeting times, and nudge attendees by email or Slack when action is needed. • Data entry & reporting – incoming form submissions and CSV uploads must be parsed, cleaned, and pushed into our PostgreSQL database, with weekly summary reports drafted in Google Docs. • Email & communication processes – routine enquiries should trigger Claude to draft context-aware replies, tag conversations in our CRM, and escalate anything outside predefined rules. I already have API access to Anthropic, Google Workspace, Zapier and our internal REST endpoints. Your job is to design the prompt flows, build the integrations, and leave me with clear environment variables and deployment instructions (Docker or serverless is fine). Acceptance criteria 1. End-to-end demo call showing each automation in action. 2. Source code in a private Git repo, with README and setup script. 3. All sensitive keys kept in .env and referenced securely. 4. Response latency under 5 seconds for any single task during the demo. 5. Create automation flows 6. Create social media marketing tasks
