I’m building a rigorous pipeline for reviewing and refining the short animated clips and visual-effects shots our generative models produce. To make that happen, I need someone who blends solid video & animation craft with hands-on AI and machine-learning experience. What you’ll actually do • Watch each AI-generated sequence, flag narrative, timing, or visual issues, and then suggest concrete fixes. • Co-design scoring rubrics and an evaluation framework that capture objective quality (resolution, frame consistency, colour, physics) and subjective storytelling criteria. • Curate a growing library of clearly labelled source files, reference renders, and metadata so future model-training datasets are instantly searchable. • Document edge cases and failure modes you discover, translating them into bite-sized tickets the engineering team can act on. • Provide concise written feedback after every iteration so the whole remote team can track improvements. Deliverables & acceptance 1. A version-controlled rubric (Markdown or Google Doc) complete with example clips for each score tier. 2. A folder of at least 200 annotated clips, each carrying your quality score, issue tags, and any replacement media. 3. A weekly report summarising key failure patterns, quick-win fixes, and longer-term research opportunities. All files must follow the naming convention we’ll share on kick-off, and every link in the report must resolve without extra permissions. You’ll collaborate asynchronously in our custom web dashboard, plus standard tools like Slack and Trello. Strong communication in written English is a must because most feedback happens in text. If you’re comfortable toggling between After Effects, Blender, or similar creative suites and jumping into model-training conversations about diffusion or transformer tweaks, I’d love to work with you. Good English skill required

Hi, The core challenge is turning subjective animation quality into a consistent, actionable evaluation system while preserving meaningful storytelling judgment across 200 annotated clips. The rubric, metadata, naming conventions, and weekly reporting all need to remain clear and searchable for a distributed team. The implementation would define objective and narrative scoring dimensions, issue tags, edge-case categories, and example clips for every tier. I can structure the workflow around version-controlled Markdown, organized metadata, and concise engineering tickets, while aligning feedback with your dashboard, Slack, and Trello processes. Similar work includes AI-enabled web experiences involving model outputs, API workflows, and iterative quality-focused product refinement. That background supports practical discussions around diffusion and transformer behavior without losing sight of visual craft. Delivery would be systematic, documented, and easy to review, with consistent annotations and weekly summaries that highlight trends and quick wins. I can begin by establishing the rubric and annotation workflow, then scale the clip library through the first milestone. Best regards, Bohdan

I see the challenge in ensuring high-quality outputs from AI-generated animations. If the review process lacks rigor, it could lead to inconsistent results and missed storytelling opportunities. That can hurt the entire project. To address this, I’d develop a robust scoring rubric that balances technical quality and narrative flow. I would carefully analyze each sequence, flagging issues and providing clear suggestions for improvement. This way, the team can make informed decisions quickly and effectively. I’m familiar with creating detailed libraries and documentation, ensuring that everything is easily accessible for future training. Revisions are part of my process, so I’ll work until you’re satisfied. I'm interested in how you envision the ongoing evaluation process. What timeline are you considering for the first round of reviews? Do you have any existing scoring frameworks or assets you’d like me to build on?

Hi, I can help build a clear scoring rubric and annotate your clips with timestamps, severity, issue tags and actionable fixes. I would first score a small shared batch to calibrate expectations, then work through the 200 clips in agreed batches. The rubric can separate visual consistency, timing, prompt adherence and narrative clarity, with a weekly summary of recurring failure modes. I can also structure the metadata for reliable search and engineering handoff. How long are the clips, and what dashboard/export format do you use?

Evaluating AI-generated animations demands a keen eye for both craft and technology. Your project requires someone who can effectively assess narrative and visual elements while contributing to a robust evaluation framework. My background in animation, paired with hands-on experience in machine learning, positions me well for this challenge. I would first establish clear scoring rubrics, focusing on both objective quality metrics and storytelling aspects. By documenting edge cases and translating them into actionable tickets, I can ensure that the engineering team receives concise guidance. I’ve previously developed similar frameworks, which streamlined feedback processes and improved model accuracy. To kick off, I suggest we discuss the specific naming conventions for file organization, as this will be essential for efficient data curation. With effective communication, I can provide detailed feedback that enhances your team’s workflow and output quality. Ethan

I'll start by reviewing sample clips to build an initial rubric that scores resolution, frame coherence, color consistency, and storytelling beats with example clips for each tier. I'll flag fixes as short tickets (timing tweaks, frame interpolation, color-match steps) and keep a versioned markdown rubric plus a growing folder of annotated clips with tags and replacement media.

Hi, Your project doesn't need someone who simply follows the brief. It needs someone who understands what you're trying to achieve and figures out how to get you there. That's how I approach projects. Before writing code or jumping into execution, I want to understand the problem, the goal, and what success actually looks like for your business. I've spent the last several years turning business problems into working digital products, leading developers and designers, managing projects from idea to delivery, and delivering 40+ web and mobile projects. Do I know everything? Absolutely not. But I know how to solve problems. If I don't have the answer, I'll find it. I'll research, learn, test, ask the right questions, and keep working until we have a solution. And once I'm on board: It's our business. Our problem. Our responsibility. I'll give you my honest opinion, challenge ideas when I see a better approach, and never agree just for the sake of keeping things comfortable. I work with clients because I care about building things that succeed. If you're looking for someone who will take ownership rather than simply complete tasks, I'd be happy to learn more about what you're building.

I understand this role requires more than watching AI clips—you need structured, objective evaluation combined with practical animation/VFX judgment and AI/ML understanding. I’ll review each sequence for timing, continuity, frame consistency, colour, physics and storytelling, then convert findings into precise issue tags, actionable engineering tickets and repeatable scoring criteria. I can work with tools such as After Effects/Blender while contributing to diffusion/transformer evaluation discussions. Approach: Rubric design → calibration examples → clip review/annotation → metadata & naming → failure-mode tracking → engineering tickets → weekly pattern reports → version-controlled documentation → QA/link validation. 1. Which scoring dimensions and tiers are already defined? 2. Which annotation/dashboard format is currently used? 3. Will the 200 clips be supplied in batches? 4. Which creative suite is preferred? I’ll deliver consistent, searchable annotations, actionable feedback and clean documentation that helps your team measurably improve each iteration.

A pipeline for AI-generated clips only improves if every reviewer scores the same way - so the rubric and calibration matter more than any single review. That's the part I'm strongest at: I've built evaluation datasets and scoring criteria for an AI (RAG) question-answering system and work as a QA tester. To be transparent, I'm not a professional animator, but I have a sharp eye for visual errors. My approach: - Rubric v1 (versioned Markdown/Google Doc): objective criteria (resolution, frame consistency, flicker/morphing, colour stability, physics, hands/faces/text artefacts) + subjective ones (timing, story coherence), 1-5 scale with example clips per tier - Calibration round on ~20 clips with you, then refine - Annotation at scale: score, issue tags from a fixed taxonomy, short notes, searchable metadata - Edge cases turned into small, reproducible tickets - Weekly report: top failure patterns, quick wins, score trends between model versions I can deliver the rubric draft + first calibrated batch within the first few days.
