A technical Scrum Master who can actually read the code is a different role from a certificate-holder running ceremonies, and your listing reads like you want the former. What I bring to it: I run delivery for my own software company and work day-to-day inside the architecture, so I can tell when a story is blocked for a real technical reason versus when it is being avoided. I also spend a meaningful part of my time on enablement — establishing spec-driven development practice in teams, where the specification is written and agreed before code, so review has something to check against rather than opinions. Concretely I would expect to own: sprint planning that produces commitments the team believes, impediment removal that involves actually chasing the dependency rather than logging it, backlog refinement where acceptance criteria are testable, and metrics that show flow rather than velocity theatre. Background: software architecture, cloud, and agile delivery in production environments — currently running eighteen services for one client alongside my own product work. Questions: how large is the team, distributed across which time zones, and is this one team or several? Also, is the mandate to run an existing process or to fix one that is not working?
