We are looking for a technically savvy candidate to provide technical support to customers in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be working closely with our Customer Support Specialists team (customer facing) to help provide solutions to our customer support requests.
・Deal promptly and efficiently with customer technical support requests; answer any questions that come your way in a timely manner.
・Open up customer’s purchased Templates (either After Effects, Premiere Pro, Motion templates) to troubleshoot the issue.
・Provide answers to commonly asked “how to use” Template questions.
・Find the best ways and work closely with our customer facing Customer Support Specialists to turn upset customers into happy ones.
・Intermediate level in Adobe After Effects and Premiere
・Intermediate level in Apple Motion / Final Cut Pro X
・Ability to communicate in oral and written Business English
・You need to provide solutions to customers’ technical issues in a timely manner.
・You can work independently, with little or no guidance.
・You’re ok with working remotely.
