Instagram Story and Post Video Template in After Effects

Job Description:
I have a template ready in Adobe Illustrator so you would not be starting from scratch. I just need you to make it into an overlay template so we can use it in our Instagram stories (Image and Texts should be editable). Please also make a version where there is animation or intro effects.
I am a beginner in After Effects so if you could make the file organize and easy to understand, that would be much appreciated.
Lastly, change the image to a video. I'll be sending you the file of the video to be used.
